Yahoo? MSN? cmsWorks.

Content syndication at it's top

How to best get your content to the people? One way is to look for partners which complete your site. This, exactly, was what MSN and Yahoo did. And cmsWorks was chosen to do it.

Not every company may - editorially - always cover all topics of life. But if you want to survive today's Internet with a news site, a certain range of topics has to be covered to survive.

For this reason both Yahoo and MSN decided to enrich the "Sports" area of their newssites with news from a well-known sports content provider.

For itechWorks it was no problem to implement corresponding mechanisms in the backend of cmsWorks that deliver news, articles and more correctly and reliably for the new partners. The content and the editorial team behind it (spox.com) were just waiting for it to "spread the word" to new channels.

And for cmsWorks, a content management system that saves data not dependent on the output format, it was one of the easiest tasks at all: A new "microservice" had to be configured which sorted, evaluated and then exported the required information in the desired format.

itechWorks provided the technology, SPOX.com the content and Yahoo / MSN can fill their pages with new content. Or as we say: "win-win-win".
